Anthill Shop N Play provides a Limited Warranty for children’s clothing and kids’ toys, valid only for the original purchaser and for personal residential use. This Limited Warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for 1 year from the date of delivery.
This Limited Warranty does not apply to damage caused by improper use, child wear and tear, negligence, or incorrect care. A manufacturing defect is defined as a factory defect that causes the item to be structurally faulty, functionally unusable, or severely flawed upon original receipt under normal intended use.
At our discretion, we will repair or replace any product confirmed to have a valid manufacturing defect covered under this warranty. To submit a warranty claim, please contact our customer support and provide clear photos of the item for evaluation.

Children’s Clothing
Our kids’ apparel is warranted against factory defects in stitching, fabric material failure, and production errors.
Warranty does not cover:
- Pilling, fading, stretch loss, and normal wear after regular use
- Shrinkage, damage, or deformation caused by improper washing, high heat drying, ironing, or harsh detergents
- Stains, tearing, snags, or damage from rough play, accidents, or improper care
- Damage caused by unauthorized alterations, cutting, or customer modifications
All kids’ clothing must be cared for according to the item care label. Improper laundry handling voids warranty coverage.
Kids’ Toys
Our children’s toys are warranted against factory assembly defects, defective materials, and functional manufacturing faults for 1 year.
Warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear, scuffs, scratches, and minor surface marks from regular play
- Broken parts caused by rough play, dropping, impact, or overexertion
- Water damage, dirt buildup, or battery damage from improper use
- Lost parts, normal friction wear, or cosmetic deterioration over time
- Modifications, self-repairs, or tampering with toy components
GENERAL WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS
This Limited Warranty does not cover damage or issues resulting from:
- Lack of proper care and routine maintenance
- Misuse, rough child play, or improper handling
- Use of harsh chemicals, abrasive cleaners, or improper cleaning methods
- Mold, mildew, odor buildup, or water damage
- Pet damage, rodents, vandalism, or intentional abuse
- Normal cosmetic wear from daily use
- Weather damage, flooding, or natural disasters
- Commercial, daycare, or non-residential use
- Heat, sunlight fading, or environmental exposure
- Unauthorized repairs or customer modifications
- Accidental damage, overloading, or improper application
